Stupid is stupid and it was a stupid jury. Even Judge Belvin Perry said that "there was more than enough evidence to convict Casey Anthony." That jury was STUPID and they chose to ignore the obvious. The obvious facts were that Casey Anthony is guilty of murder.

I just hope that George Zimmerman's jury isn't also struck with a case of Florida sun brain-dead stupidity and lets his fat ass go. I know lard butt admits to killing Trayvon, but he claims it was SELF DEFENSE. I'm hoping that the jury isn't dumb enough to buy his story.

Like I said, it's Florida. So who knows?

Not exactly. There's a couple of things here:

1. You are not legally obliged to follow the orders of 911 dispatchers. However, they are a trusted source and the 911 calls can be used against you in court.

2. I listened to the 911 call and 911 dispatch did not "specifically" tell Zimmerman not to follow Trayvon. The dispatch said "we don't need you to do that" which is not a direct order. Exact wording like this matters when it comes to the law since that is not directly telling someone not to do something.

And Z said "ok".

He also said "these a-holes always get away with it". WHO are these a-holes?? What do they get away with?? All Trayvon was doing was getting an iced tea and Skittles!

It's obvious Z has a problem with black kids and he hunted Trayvon down!

My big problem with this is that you had pictures of a 12 year old innocent looking boy when really he was a very tall 17 year old young adult.

Exactly....no matter how big and tall he was, he was still a minor child in the eyes of the law.

Whatever happened until presumed innocent until proven guilty? None of us were there. I want to hear some evidence first. It may have happened differently than many are assuming. Zimmerman may have been fighting for his life or he could have shot him in cold blood.

I know the media did their best to make it look like GZ ran through the streets after TM with a loaded gun. Deleting parts of a tape, showing old photos of Martin, withholding photos of a bloodied GZ and saying he was lily white; the media is so hungry for a racially motivated murder, that if it's not there, they'll create it.

Jury selection has begun today. I wonder how long it will take. I'm looking forward to hearing the opening statements from both sides.

Should be interesting. I'm glad that Big3sCompanyFan aka jesusNEVERexisted has been sentenced to Bansville for eternity. He's been the bane of my existence here for years now. I recall he was absolutely obnoxious when it came to debating the Zimmerman/Trayvon case. Shoving his opinions down everyone's throat, bringing religion into it. There was no way to debate civilly with him.

Bansville! Yeah, I'm glad he's gone, too. It's extremely difficult to debate something rationally with that guy. And his ridiculous avatar was so off-putting and stupid. He only put it there to upset, antagonize and ridicule people. He was always looking for arguments. Many months ago, I used to HUMOR him because I thought he was dopey. He always used to go on about his "physics professor" and how he shaped his beliefs and thoughts or whatever. Anyway, after a while, I got bored of humoring him, so I just started ignoring him.....especially when he started sending me crap on how "jesus never existed" and other kookoo religious ramblings. Like I care. I couldn't take it anymore, so I told him to buzz off.
