MLB:

Atlanta Braves
Philadelphia Phillies

NFL:

New York Giants
Philadelphia Eagles

NHL

Philadelphia Flyers
Detroit Redwings

NBA

Philadelphia 76ers.

-

I pick two teams in the top 3 sports to give each season some added interest. Since Philly teams rarely make frequent trips to the post season, I at least have these rivalries to keep me interested.

Favorite pro sports teams? OK what the heck, I'll play along.

Baseball- Oakland A's.

Basketball- Utah Jazz.

Football- Oakland Raiders.

Hockey- My favorite team used to be the California Golden Seals, but they are long gone, these days I don't really have a favorite team, I sort of follow the Blue Jackets and Predators but I'm not a huge fan of either team. The Hurricanes are OK too, but again I'm not a huge fan.

updated, including some defunct teams:
Vancouver Canucks - even though they suck worse than ever and have absolutely no hope of ever turning it around
Minnesota North Stars (they'll probably never win another game though)
Columbus Blue Jackets (finally exciting to watch every game)
Washington Capitals - Ovie is the most exciting player to watch
LA Kings (although they traded some players I like, I still root for them)
Dallas Stars (they could turn it around this year)
Vancouver Voodoo - best jerseys ever, and they always put on a good show
BC Lions (with Travis Lulay out for the rest of the season, it doesn't look good for a championship this year)
Washington Generals - I think they will finally get a win this year!
