"CSI: Miami's" Emily Procter has been cast as the new head of the New York White Collar Division, TV Guide has learned exclusively. Procter will play the highly ambitious and pragmatic Assistant Special Agent in Charge Amanda Callaway, who's anything but a pushover. Callaway is brought in to shake up the office and keep Peter (Tim DeKay) and Neal (Matt Bomer) in line. She will appear in two episodes.
