Thumbs up

She looks great...and a bit like Val Bertinelli. Maybe she could pop up on HiC as Melanie's sister or something...

Speaking of Valerie Bertinelli, I didn't realize she is sisters with Michael Lembeck the husband of Julie on One Day At A Time!

That's right, and Michael and Helaine's father, Harvey Lembeck, was in many of the "beach" movies from the 60s.

He was also a regular on The Phil Silvers Show in the 50's.

Yea and in 1985-86 Michael Lembeck and Phil's daughter Cathy Silvers ( From Happy Days) actually co-stared on a short lived sitcom called Foley Squares. It came full circle. lol

She was on Kotter for 2 years and went on to appear on Magic Mongo on the Kroft Super Show. She played Lorraine and she was funnier and she showed off her hotness in that one. I liked her in that one more than Kotter.

The "Rue - Ells" word she said was so funny. I also liked Travolta's joke about "Moby Dick". I just got the DVDs and saw the episode when she tutors Travolta and love the back and forth insults they hurled. I still love that show 37 years after I watched it when it was new. Takes me back in time and I laugh so much watching it.

When I first saw her on WBK in 2002 I had a crush on her and sadly I was 27 years too late and no where near Hollywood
