Coolest Homemade Vicki Costume

As a child of the 80's I decided virtually a year ago that I wanted to do an accurate version of a Homemade Vicki Costume from the 80s TV Series Small Wonder Vicki for Halloween which as far as I could tell hadn't been done before. Every version I found online seemed to be an afterthought - "Oh look its a red dress! Lets throw some loose computer parts on the back and I will be Vicki!" Therefore, it was very important to me to finally give this costume some justice.

My mother and I worked together to create a virtually exact replica of not only Vicki's dress but also her back panel. The panel consists of flesh colored vinyl, foam board, the motherboard from an old 80's VCR and a whole lot of Velcro. I also dyed my blond hair brown and cut myself some tiny bangs which I felt were a very important part of the costume.
