Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer are expecting their first child together this fall, the actress’s rep confirms to PEOPLE.

The True Blood costars met on the set of the hit HBO show and have been married since August 2010. Moyer has two children — Lilac, 10, and Billy, 12 — from a previous relationship.

Paquin, 29, who won an Oscar for The Piano when she was just 11, will return as Sookie and Moyer, 42, will be back as Bill for True Blood‘s fifth season, premiering June 10.

Entertainment Weekly was first to report the pregnancy news.

What's in the water on the set of "True Blood"?

Us Weekly has learned that Anna Paquin, 29, and her husband of nearly two years, Stephen Moyer, 42, are expecting a double delivery in the fall!

"I'm so excited for them," the couple's costar Sam Trammell --father to 11-month-old twins Winston and Gus with girlfriend Missy Yager -- tells Us.

"We sent them a special gift. It's so interesting that 'True Blood' has become, like, the 'twins' show."

And though Moyer has two children, Lilac 10, and Billy, 12, from a previous relationship, he's been listening intently to Trammell's advice on the ins and outs of raising multiples.

"It's harder, having twins, but it's all we know. So we're trying to impart some decent wisdom," Trammell adds. "I told them to hold on tight!"

But Moyer is up for the challenge.

"It's always amazing," he told Zap2it in May of his wife's pregnancy. "I love my kids so much. And I think that the fact that Anna is pregnant just adds more crazy to the bundle of fun."

"True Blood" stars Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer have welcomed twins, People reports.

"The babies were born a few weeks early, but are in good health and both Mom and Dad are overjoyed," reps for the couple told the magazine.

Two months after "True Blood" couple Stephen Moyer and Anna Paquin had twins, their sexes have finally been revealed.

According to Life & Style, Paquin, 30, and Moyer, 43, welcomed a boy and a girl in September. "Anna is a natural mother, and Stephen is a doting dad," the magazine adds. "He turns to mush around those kids."
