she has downs syndrome and H.S.P. which is a rare, progressive muscular conditiom and sunday night some ******** STOLE HER WALKER!!!!

That is so awful, Joe!! I don't even know what to say except that I hope your sister is holding up OK, that whoever did this is brought to justice, and she will be able to get back her old walker or a Good Samaritan will get her a new one. Did your family share the story on your local news? Sometimes that seems to help. God bless your sister, please give her a hug for me.

thanx everybody, but I have GREAT news!!! She got it back!! It wasn't stolen after all; a neighbor had found it in front of the apt. building and had taken it into her apt. for safekeeping!

Let me explain the whole story: Sunday night, my parents and her came over to our apt. for dinner, but before they left they had forgotten to put her walker in the car. So, I lent her mine for that night. When they got back home, the walker wasn't where they had left it, and they thought it had been stolen.
