The good of Antenna TV in 2011
1. Airing of Maude....."the later seasons are really funny" 2. Airing of spinoffs like Ropers and Three's a Crowd....Creative programming The bad of Antenna TV in 2011 1. Too many sitcoms on the schedule that are on other networks or complete on DVD like Good Times, Sanford and Son, and All in the family. 2. No sitcoms during the weekend afternoons and movies instead. 3. Rare sitcoms with bad timeslots....."Mchale's Navy at 2pm" so overall i'm satisfied with the channel but I would like to see improvements in 2012 like 1. sitcoms from the 70's that are not norman lear sitcoms..."Alice, Rhoda" 2. Three's Company airing on fridays 3. Since the spinoffs of three's company was aired why not air Gloria and Archie Bunker's Place? |

I would like to see The George Burns Show that he made during the 58-59 season after Gracie retired. I would also like to see more Universal westerns like The Virginian, Wagon Train, The Deputy, Shotgun Slade, and Larado. |

Antenna TV is good but there a few things that should change. I think they should eliminate ALL movies from there schedule. There not needed and we have enough movie channels already. Get rid of All in the Family, Good Times, Sanford and Son etc. There already on other channels already. Maybe get rid of showing sitcoms twice because they go the series quicker doing that.

The only sitcoms that should be shown twice is Three's company since they air both spinoffs. |

I'd like to see them move BURNS AND ALLEN andd THE JACK BENNY SHOW to better time slots and air more rarely seen sitcoms and dramas like the 50s "DRAGNET", "THE LIFE OF RILEY", and others and rerun some of the old westerns.

Timeslots? Really? That's what people are complaining about? We've only had the ability to timeshift record programs for what, 35 years now? Its 2012, not 1962. If by this point you don't know how to record a show to watch when you want, then you probably shouldn't be allowed to own something as complicated as a television anyway. Stick to books.
What I would like to see if for them to buy more shows that are uncut, as most of the Universal series seem to be. Other than Here Come the Brides, everything Sony and DL Taffner sends them is butchered beyond belief. And also they have way too many sitcoms on not enough dramas. Get rid of all of the Norman Lear crap and the 90s shows and maybe add Name of the Game, Owen Marshall, Run For Your Life and The Bold Ones. |

Agree on the first, although Sony doesn't own it. The others are all on DVD so we don't need them and besides, most already air on Encore Westerns now anyway so why don't you just watch them there? |

It's hard to program to record a show when you haven't watched it before. It's easier for me to sample a show for the first time that airs between 7pm and 1am. |

Why? Does your timer on your DVR or DVD recorder or VCR only work when its set to record shows you've already seen? You must have some intelligent equipment there. ![]() |

I'm sure there are also people with no TVs, no electricity and people that live in their cars as well but most people don't. Sorry for your impoverished situation but you're not in the majority. |
