Need Help With A '90s Song - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I know the lyrics begin like this: "driving in this highway, all these clouds upon the sidelines." I don't know the actual title of the song or who sings it.
Another clue to it is go to YouTube and search for the video: melrose place- party at shooters. They play the song right at the beginning. If anybody knows the title of the song and the artist, that would be great. Thank you.
