TV Megan Mullally Joins "Breaking In"

Megan Mullally Joins Cast of "Breaking In"
by Chris Harnick
posted Nov 4th 2011

"Breaking In" is getting a dose of Karen Walker:
Megan Mullally has joined the cast of the recently revived Fox comedy.

According to Deadline, Mullally will be a series regular on the show, but the deal allows her to continue her role on Adult Swim's "Children's Hospital" and her recurring gigs on NBC's "Parks and Recreation" and ABC's "Happy Endings".

Mullally will play a character who takes over Contra Security, previously run by Christian Slater's character, Oz. This is just one of the many creative changes being made to the series.

Look for the missions to be scaled back and the office comedy angle to be ramped up.

Fox resurrected the series for midseason placement after canceling the show following a poorly-rated first season. "Breaking In" star Odette Annable was cast on "House" and will now pull double-duty on both shows.

Production Season 2 is expected to begin in January.

Oh thank god. I dig the show and all, but that cast is way too good looking, we need his sarcasim to offset their beauty.
