Is ''Charles in Charge'' aired anywhere at present?

yeah it's been airing continually the past few years here in Houston, Texas. But as of a few weeks ago, they hit the Pembroke eps, so I haven't been watching.

It airs in Detroit, MI on WDWB-TV. A WB affiliate.

You can catch it every morning except Saturday and Sundays on Nick At Nite, The Place For TV Hits. Currently they're showing Season 3 and going on to 4. Hopefully Season 1 or 5 will be shown after that!!!!!!
