I'm not seeing it unless a friend of mine gets me a free ticket, I guess I'm not as thrilled to see Bea as I was to see Rue.

I was going to see Bea's show when she came to the Warner here in DC in October, but the friend who I was planning to go with backed out to go to the Tori Amos concert, and I didn't really feel like going by myself. Around the same time, I found a discount code for tickets to see Rue in The Women, so I decided to take the money I would have spent on seeing Bea to go see The Women again. I dunno, I just didn't/don't feel any dire need to see Bea in person. I'm perfectly content seeing Rue over and over and over. LOL!

And well, being that she was playing a mile from where I live, it would be a tad ridiculous for me to go all the way to New York.

I went and it was really funny, there was actually a review of her show in the New York Times. Bea has an interesting voice, definitely very strong. There's an entrance where she leaves from and I was about 1-2 feet away from her! it was so cool

I saw this one on it's First Preview...and had a delightful time. Bea was an intruging and very likable person. Nice voice too!
