You, your brother and family are definitely in my prayers, Jenny.

I'm sorry to hear this news Jenny. I hope that your brother can make a full recovery and beat the cancer. It sounds like it will be a big battle, but I hope that he can remain strong and fight it. You and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers.

My brother was given the first chemotherapy medications yesterday afternoon. This first round is in patient at the hospital. I'm not sure what day this week he will go home. I was told that he is tolerating the chemo. so that is good. I know he has a long road ahead of him and I just hope that it will turn out alright.

Your brother is young (I'm assuming) and strong since he is in the military, those are two things that should work in his favor, both in tolerating the chemo and battling the cancer.

Keep your chin up!

Yes, he's young. He's 34.

I'm glad that your brother is tolerating the chemo, Jenny. His wife and kids must love that he's back home.

Thanks Janice and Seth.

I'm sure the kids and my sister-in-law are glad to have him home. I believe today he was supposed to go in to an outpatient facility to have a shot to build his red or white blood cells back up. I'm guessing more chemo next week.

Thanks.

Second round of chemo starts next week. This week there are tests and blood work.
