I wouldn't mind if they moved it to another channel as long as it's not Nick at Nite!

Ditto!N@N would show it for a month and drop it!Just like they did with Facts of Life!!!!(a month was an exageration, but you get the point)

I'm sorry Charlotte Rae Fan, and I do agree with you about how N@N totally dissed FOL. That show is up there on my chart with favorited along with GG. I saw someone do this for the FOLR and just wanted to try it out. I didn't mean anything bad by it. Sorry again.

I don't think The Golden Girls is going to be leaving Lifetime anytime soon. There was an article in the newspaper a couple weeks ago about how popular the show still is. It quoted Lifetime's senior research executive quite a bit, who said that he GG has a steady fanbase on Lifetime, and that he predicts the show wouldn't do nearly as well on another network. Also, the 11 pm airing slot brings in an average 1.6 million households every night, which is incredible. Recently, an 11 pm episode even made it into the Nielsen Top 15 for the WEEK. Astounding.

1.6 million, are you serious? I find that amazing and thrilling. Isn't GG the top #1 sitcom on Lifetime right now?

Talking No, no, no...

The Golden Girls will never leave Lifetime, but Lifetime is picking up "Mad About You," "The Nanny," "Caroline in the City," "Will & Grace," and "Suddenly Susan" in 2002, so I think Lifetime will not air the Golden Girls as often as they do now.

If and when that happens, all I ask is
that Lifetime keeps GG at the 6:00 and
11:00 timeslot. I don't care what is on
before or after those two timeslots. Are
there going to be any changes for GG during the weekends?

Dorothy's first time visit to The Golden Palace Hotel.

Cab Driver: Lady, I was countin' the fare and I think you forgot the tip.

Dorothy: Let's see a tip. A Tip? Let's review your performance. Shall We? You ran over my luggage, took the freeway during rush hour, and stopped the cab twice to sell fruit out the back of your trunk. A Tip...Leave now and no one gets hurt!

It would be great it GG never made it to n@n, Unfortunately Cheers mde it there. Now they cut up all their episodes and edit out the beginnings. I wish Cheers was on A&E, FX, or Lifetime.... By the way who is the one in the wheelchair?
