Maurice Was Going To Be Casted Victor?

I was looking at my Bewitched season 1 DVD on the title "Just One Big Happy Family" it has the name Victor in description is this a error?

I noticed that, also on the episode description. I've never heard anything about the character originally being called Victor. Maybe they came up with the name before Maurice Evans was cast, and they decided M-a-u-r-i-c-e, sounded more like the name of a warlock.
