I broke down today and picked up a Nintendo DS and a Super Mario Bros. game to go with it. It cost me nearly $150.00, but well worth it cause I loved Super Mario when I had it on Gameboy back in the 90's.

I bought two new comforters for our bed, at Bed, Bath & Beyond. I say two because we have two Queen beds pushed together. It gives us a lot of bed, lol. They're very colorful and have nice textures like satin and velvet. I love them. Even better, I had a coupon for 20% off my entire purchase.

Today: the local newspaper, a diet Pepsi, and a mocha Starbucks frappe.
Yesterday: I bought an IBM Thinkpad T41 laptop at a local computer store.

Those are pretty colors, and new comforters are a great way to change the look of a bedroom.

My most recent purchase was $98.00 worth of groceries & cleaning products. I get so tired of grocery shopping every week. I wish I could convince my husband to go instead.

Went to Wal-Mart last night and picked up Fried Green Tomatoes Collectors Edition in the $5 bin. I also got the 2-disc Special Edition of Braveheart on DVD. I bough these as Christmas presents for my mom.
