"The Big Bang Theory's" Howard Wolowitz One Of TV's Worst Dressed???
"The Big Bang Theory" has it's share of odd wardrobe choices, but Howard Wolowitz, portrayed by Simon Helberg really takes the cake.
He always wears what appears to be a turtle neck under his button down shirts. Even worse, in a recent episode, you see him getting dressed and it's actually a mock turtle neck that's just a small piece of fabric. What's worse than a man wearing a red turtle neck?
