Default DOES THE HUB HAVE ALL 255 EPISODES

i was wondering this for the simple matter is they are associated with WPIX.
which years ago played happy days but they only had 209 episodes of happy
days, now i know these shows used to be licensed in blocks.wpix which is channel 11 in nyc, only had 209 episodes years ago now im wondering if the episodes they are showing some complete with the HAPPY DAYS AGAIN banner
are those same episodes purchased back in the old days.
