this would of been a good final of Three's company instead of the wedding and them moving away have the gang buy the Building from Furleys brother he thinks his brother ralph is keeping it up to code and gets fired making the roomates the landlords and the ropers home burns down and they come back to live in their old apartment like a switchero

then jack finally tells mr furley and mr roper the truth about him being straight and living with his 2 female roomate and there wil not be a thing they can do about it cause jack owns the building now.

They barely had enough money to pay the rent, so it would have been illogical for them to have enough to pay the building. Unless Chrissy had come back and placed bets on horses to win tons of money (but we know how that went).
