But I did go to a White Castle recently & had a chicken ring sandwihich (threw out 1/2 of bread) and 1/2 a reg order of french fries. Both (thank God) turned out not to be all that & I got the craving out of my system.

The thing I like about Weight Watchers is they tell you not to deprive yourself of stuff like this every once in a while - just plan around it. I did, and that's enuf Fast Food for me for a long while.

(sorry to go somewhat O/T)

Keep up the good work!!!

No problem, and I agree that it has too many calories & carbs for one sandwich.

If I even tried to eat these, I'd be hunched over in pain cause it would make my acid reflux flair up

I'd rather have one of their Angus beef burgers... Angus beef tastes much better than the beef in their other burgers...

I'm scared to try it because I don't want to buy it and then don't like it

Thanks Michael. I AM working hard. I've lost 30 lbs now have MUCH MORE energy - no longer overweight - my blood pressure went down & is normal. My avg. glucose only went down a tiny bit - but maybe that will change @ my next reading 6 mo from now now that I'm at a normal weight. I eat VERY LITTLE (and I mean VERY LITTLE) processed food at this pt. Practically all my carbs are "good ones" (fruits, lactose from skim milk, high fiber cereals, legumes, etc.)

Good job! Keep up the great work. I'm graduating with my Master's next month. My goal is to lose all of the weight I gained in college, and to be around the weight I was when I started high school (maybe a little less, I can't quite remember my exact weight back then). I have about 25 lbs to go.
