Question Your Election Predictions

I say the Republicans take House by 53 to 55 seats, and they pick up 8 or 9 seats in the Senate.

It's going to be close, but the Republicans will take it I think.

I predict the Republicans will gain more momentum, and that Ted Strickland (D, OH) will be a one-term governor this time next week!! We can only hope!!

Yes, and I hope and pray (and am pretty sure) Nikki Haley will win in SC - I'm a Republican, but I can't wait to see Mark Sanford GONE!!!

I don't know about the state of Washington, I have a feeling a lot of people in Seattle, Tacoma and other big cities here will be so thick and clueless to vote back in Dems like Patty-cake Murray and other libs. But who knows, hopefully Dino Rossi will make it into the Senate. I think the race will be close
nationwide. One can only hope.

Frankly I will just be glad when the elections are over. All these political adds are so beyond annoying.

Republicans (tea party-backed) will take the house and gain in the senate. Democrats are in trouble because voters are fed up with unemployment and the tax-and-spend policies of the incumbents that aren't helping (as such policies never do).

Amen to that

In response to the question, I think Republicans will narrowly take control of the house and Democrats will narrowly hold the Senate

For those of you with a landline, are you getting pre recorded calls from the candiates telling you why you should vote for them, and why you shouldnt vote for their oppoent??? Talk about annoying. This is making me hate politics even more than I already do.

Also YES. And most of the times they are recorded messages,we just quickly hang up.Considering we are on the "Do Not Call List" it's rediculous that politicians are allowed to bypass the rules and call.It should be illegal, just as it is for telemarketers.
