Anybody know why Carttoon network didn't show the seconf half of the hour long 150th Family Guy Episode with the musical numbers on 5-10-2010 made no sense

It's not unusual for an hour long episode to be divided into two half hour episodes when a show goes into reruns. That may be what happened in this case. Also when this happens the first "half" and the second "half" may run out of sequence which as you mentioned doesn't end up making sense.
