Can't wait until 6-29-10 to buy the whole series. LITB has to rank as one of the best family TV shows ever. I also love My Three Sons, Bewitched, Family Affair, Brady Bunch, etc., but to me the thing that makes LITB so good is its realism. I mean, the episodes depict situations that actually happened to many of us growing up. It's really a sitcom and a reality show combined! I mean, think of the brussel sprouts and Aunt Martha episodes. These situations were real for many families.

I love LITB! It comes on everyday here at 5:30 pm. I rarely miss it. So I'm really looking forward to getting the set!

I already have the first 2 seasons, so I resigned myself to just finish my set by getting them season by season. Or maybe I can sell my first 2 seasons on ebay and use that money to get the whole thing.

Same here. If ever any series deserved a complete series release, it's LITB!!!

I'm also very excited!! It's very hard to save so much money and it will be very close for me....but I should just about make it! I'm going through my closets to see what I can pawn. Plus if I have to when the time gets closer I will sell the Universal seasons I bought, but not until I have to incase I want to watch them until the series comes out.

I am thinking once I get the whole series, I may sell the Universal season one and two that I have. |

Yeah, as I said I'm hoping that I don't have to sell the two that I have from Universal until I have bought the series, but I may have to in order to get all the money.

For those you who bought the complete set, what is your opinion of it? I had a minor setback and can't get the set, we had to replace our A/C. But anyway I plan on buying the set in the future.

I have watched Seasons 3-6 so far and the picture quality and sound are great! Much better than the Universal releases.
I love LITB and have really enjoyed the series so far. Now I just have to watch Seasons 1 and 2 and the pilot. I have already watched most of the special features. |
