First the good news: for the first time since it debuted in 1956, The Price is Right is introducing male models. The bad news: they’re four nerds who don’t have to worry about anyone sexually harassing them.

The April Fools Day stunt finds host Drew Carey’s old sitcom nemesis, Mimi Bobeck (Kathy Kinney) taking over as the show’s producer. First order of business: demoting the female models and replacing announcer Rich Fields with a monkey (not to worry Bob Barker; it's a guy in a suit.)

“I have to admit I was expecting playboy centerfold types, and then when I saw them I started laughing,” says Kathy, whose book, Queen of Your Own Life, also comes out April 1.

So what’s the chance of us getting some actual Plinko beefcake down the line? Drew says, “That’s what soap operas are for.”
