Liza Minnelli joining cast of 'Ugly Betty,' sources say
Broadway diva Liza Minnelli will join the cast of ABC's "Ugly Betty" this season, portraying a high school drama teacher, reports Fox News.
Minnelli will play Lena Korvinka, Justin's teacher who encourages his interest in theater, an inside source told Fox News, describing Minnelli's character as "outrageous." A spokesperson for Minnelli told Fox News that he had no knowledge of her involvement with the show and said she was not currently on board.
