In season 3's "Jeff, the Treasurer," I am pretty convinced that Paul Petersen actually did the acrobatics on the trampoline. Usually you can tell when a double is inserted, but I watched this over and over and it seems like it's really Paul. The only cuts are when they show Jeff's friends. After one cut, you can see that's when Jeff has the money in his hand. He didn't have it before.
Tell me what you think. Is this athlete Paul Petersen? I included a picture of him at his locker and you can see that his physique is the same as the trampoline jumper. One thing though, what happened to the stripe on his shorts? Money in his hand He lost his stripe along with the money! |

It most likely is, as this 1961 TV Guide article should verify.

Thank you for your response, Kasey. I couldn't find any info. I even wrote to Paul's website (with no answer, of course). I thought it was him and you helped to verify it. Paul was a very coordinated kid!
