Update: First Lady Now Requires 26 Servants “The world is a dangerous place to live; not because of the people who are evil, but because of the people who don’t do anything about it” —Albert Einstein “In my own life, in my own small way, I have tried to give back to this country that has given me so much,” she said. “See, that’s why I left a job at a big law firm for a career in public service, “ Michelle Obama No, Michele Obama does not get paid to serve as the First Lady and she doesn’t perform any official duties. How things have changed! If you’re one of the tens of millions of Americans facing certain destitution, earning less than subsistence wages stocking the shelves at Wal-Mart or serving up McDonald cheeseburgers, prepare to scream and then come to realize that the benefit package for these servants of Miz Michele are the same as members of the national security and defense departments and the bill for these assorted lackeys is paid by John Q. It really is a sad state of affairs. Give me Laura Bush as first lady any day over Michelle Nobama. |

How do we know how many servants and staffers the previous First ladies had?
I'm talking about all the First Ladies who have served... I bet the President has more even Bush... It is sad...

Good grief.
I've decided that I hate politics. I couldn't stand Bush, but I'm becoming less and less supportive of Obama now also. Most politicians are just scum.

True. I actually don't hate Obama. I think he means well(and has done some good things), but it's also becoming clear to me that he's just too inexperienced for the job over all when it comes to the economy. |

There's just never been a politician that I've truly liked(as a leader anyway), you know? When voting, it's for the lesser of two evils(or at least that's the intent). |
