Hey Allison, I think I woke up in North Dakota. I've never seen so much snow in my life.

I'm sorry I'm so late responding. I need to check this thread more.

Actually I put that up for January 23rd. That would have been my parents 50th wedding anniversary.

We got a snowstorm here too.

Over a foot of snow, and every school in town cancelled.

We're getting a ton of the white stuff, but nothing like you guys this year. Sheesh. Poor Maryland! And you too, since you're just a trot away from the border, as I recall. Last year, we had over 100" of snowfall... I think MD has already suprassed that amount for the year, and it's not even spring yet. You have my utmost sympathies.

I haven't been able to find out the total snowfall for my area yet... Bummer. We just keep getting more and more every week AND I'M ****ING SICK OF IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GO AWAY, SNOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh, and we've been having a TON of foggy mornings so far this year... More than usual, too. As a matter of fact, it's foggy right now.

Ha, no prob. Hey, that is cool! You just made me realize that next year would have been my grandparents' 70th wedding anniversary (my grandpa died just a few weeks after they had their 66th anniversary back in 2007).

Bless your mom's soul... RIP.

I just got back a couple weeks ago from visiting family and I'll be heading back next month some time. If you go in June, you'll burn up lol It's so hot up there in the summer . . . . . but that doesn't stop me from going to Yankees games all season lol

I saw something someone posted on FB today about how 49 out of 50 states today had snowfall recorded... The only state that didn't get any snow is Hawaii.

I've been shoveling all week. The main street is pretty good right now but the side streets are still bad. A lot of the sidewalks are still loaded with snow. And now they're calling for more snow on Monday. This is the most snow I've seen since I've been in PA.

Thanks Allison. I'm sorry about your Grandpa. Wow 66 years is really something. Not too many people stay married that long anymore. I guess with my parent's 50th anniversary , the big 5-0 for me will be around the corner soon.

Didn't a NY weatherman predict everyone was going to have a very minor winter this year? He had everything backwards.
