"St. Elsewhere" is one of the all-time greats. "L.A. Law" and "Hill Street Blues" are up there as well. "I'll Fly Away" is really marvelous -- it takes a few episodes to get used to it, since the pacing is different than what we're used to from shows like "Hill Street". But it's well worth the effort.

Talking

The original Route 66. (Gee, they REALLY need to put that show back on the air)

The pitiful remake only lasted 4 episodes.

I'd have to say my favorite was "Twin Peaks." It was so different and fresh, at that time. Very fun to watch, without taking itself too seriously.

The Best Dramas on TV right now are "E.R." and "Once And Again."

"A-Team" doesn't count, does it?
