Question Question about "Charlie's Angels"

I love the classic drama "Charlie's Angels" and I have seen very episode, except the very last one. the only thing I knew about this episode is that Kelly Garrett gets shot. For many, many years I was wondering if she ever made it out alive. Does anyone know what exactly happened in the series finale of "Charlie's Angels"? Did Kelly live or die?

Default Kelly Garrett

Of course Jaclyn lived! Jaclyn can't die! Anyway, she lived and she had to have her head operated on though and Charlie was there, but she was so out of it that she didn't know it was him! But, I recorded that episode, and I cry every time I see it! Jaclyn Smith is # 1!

The TV Land BLAST FROM THE PAST CD-Rom game features Jaclyn Smith. On
it, she mentions the fact that her character, Kelly Garrett, was in fact shot in
the head TWICE (in two different episodes)!
JACLYN: I don't know what they [the producers] had against my character.
Shot twice ... in the head, yet!
