YES!!

But like I mentioned earlier, I think the chair and chamber is considered cruel & unusual punishment. How about the cruel and unusual punishment of the victims??

As of today these states allow the electric chair:
Alabama
Florida
South Carolina
Kentucky
Tennessee
Virginia

In the case of John Muhammad (Virginia) you are given the choice between the chair and injection. I read that he never gave his answer so he was given the injection.

By the way, the gas chamber is only in these states today:
Arizona
Maryland
Missouri

Actually, I believe Maryland banned the death penalty. That is why the trials were in VA and not MD.

I could be wrong but I believe it is not totally banned in Maryland as of yet. Currently it has been suspended due to an investigation until the procedures used to carry out executions are approved of by its state law.

That might have been what it was. I wasn't positive it was completly banned. I had a feeling it was something like that.

Add Nebraska to the Electric Chair list

Justice was served in my honest opinion. Too bad Malvo will not be eligible
to be executed because he was under 18 at the time of the murders.
