The cable network hopes to have three new comedy entries by next summer. "It's a natural progression for us," says TV Land's president. "There's not that many (original) shows being made for the audience that comes to us for our classic sitcoms. It's a format that our viewers are very comfortable with."

I wonder what kind of sitcoms they're going to make? After seeing how they program their channel, I have doubts that they know what they are doing.

i quit wathing tv land for four yyears. i watch sanfrod and son for time to time. once they cut off i love lucy and nowthe jerffersons i was mad. it seem like they keep goiing awayfrom the calssic. only reality show i like was mr t's relity show. then they started with reality show. top 10 and myths and legden were ok. but then they starting airing high shcool reuion and now the couger that was awufl show. they used to have saying we don't show crap. but now tvland is crap. they reurines andy gritth and roseann to death not to meantion cobsy show. then they started showing moives. its same 50 moives that come on other stations. somewere kind of dirty too. then they add scrub csi and just shoot me. these show don't belong on tvland. next yeear their airing everyone loves raymond homeinprovment and bosten legle.and the nanny. i might watch every oneloves ramoynd and home inprovment. please bring back classic show. i even miss the clasic commericals. Now i watch retero tv and my dvds. it ten times betterthen tv land. i like smion and smimon and rockfrodfiles and the a-team andMAGNUM Pi. all in prme time.
