Post Wheel of fortune board

Was it better when Vanna TURNED or PRESSED the letters?
I loved the turning!

I've always wondered about that thing for it does appear that to be sure the letters would just come up automatically instead of as someone on Jump the Shark put it "Vanna having to haul her butt all over the board to touch the letters" being the order of the day. But alas.

I like the turning Vanna better.

Other things I've wondered about:

1: Why don't they have a "All the Way Around" rule like Price is Right when it comes to the wheel; some of them bluehaired ladies could & have cleaned up by just nudging the wheel into "Safe Zones" away from the Bankrupts, etc. You must snap the wrists & put impetus into your spin & if you can't get it all the way around you should Lose a Turn. Also the wheel is real loose some games & real rigid in others; keep it oiled up all the time. Amen.

2: Where do they find these contestants that would have trouble solving a puzzle with 95% of the letters on the board? See www.jumptheshark.com for more info

3: Why is the bonus round so easy

4: Why do the players buy unneccessary vowels when they don't need to? A little nitpick to be sure but then again these aren't MENSA members here.

5: Is Vanna still sexy?

Because even with a loose wheel it may not always be possible for some contestants to get it all the way around.

Standard Contestant search. Plus, you gotta remember the pressure added of being on a tv game show aired nationwide (if not worldwide now).

Wheel, like jeopardy, has been dumbed down the last few years

In instances where they STILL don't know the puzzle, they might think it was still up there.

5. She used to be. her beauty has taken a sharp and severe downturn since about '95 (along with the rest of the show). Although, she still looks ok for someone in her 40's,

Seth
