I'm so sorry. At least you'll always have the ticket as a keepsake.

Especially the title track. Michael was always at his best when he was working with Q.

Wow, wow. You had tickets for London?! Insane. I'm sorry you'll never get to see him in concert.

Unhappy

Damn! First Farrah now Michael Jackson, This is without a doubt one of the saddest days in the entertainment industry. I can't recall 2 more well known celebrities dying on the same day except for Yul Brynner and Orson Welles who passed on October 10, 1985.

Michael
Farrah

And plus, his hair was much better on the Off the Wall album cover than on the Thriller cover lol The afro always beats the jheri curl.

I'm not a huge fan of his 80s stuff. It's catchy and I get why it cemented his place in music history, but I'll always the love his early solo material, like the Got to Be There album. That's my favorite.

I've never been a big fan of Michael's, but I did buy Thriller on tape in 1984 and loved it. About six years ago I bought the CD. I really like quite a few of the songs on the album like 'Beat It", "Billie Jean" and "Human Nature".

Of course, Eddie Van Halen performed the guitar solo in Beat It.

I think that is one of his best solos and it worked perfectly with that song.
