Heart The Andrea (Schmoopie) Appreciation thread!

I'm so glad you're posting here again, Andrea! I always enjoy reading your posts.

I know she said she doesn't like these threads, but I'm making one for my fellow Snoopy fan anyway

Wow, I feel like I'm at the Academy Awards or something! This is so unexpected, really! Good thing this is the Internet, because right now I truly am speechless!

I really missed you all; more than I thought I would. It was hard to leave but things happened and I felt it was best. I am very flattered that I was missed while I was away, though. For a while there I had the feeling that no one would really notice if I left, so I'm glad that I was wrong about that.

Ironically it was something on TV (I forget what) that prompted me to come back. I was watching a show, thinking "I should post a question about that" or "I should do a thread about that". So finally I decided to come back and start posting again.

Some of you may not know this, but I found this site by "accident" while searching Google for a place to post about Seinfeld. I've been moderating another Seinfeld board (seinfeld-fan.net) for a while now, and it's mostly dead. However, lately it's been overrun with idiots posting porn and spam. I feel like all I've been doing is deleting garbage. So now I've about given up on it. I did, however, get a possible recruit for Sitcoms Online from it. I'm hoping she'll join in the next few days, since she is as frustrated as I am about all the spam and stuff on the other board. Even Elaine, Kramer, George and Jerry wouldn't put up with that!

So anyway, again SO much!

Andrea

Glad to have you back Andrea, I really missed you! it was so nice to talk to another seattleite on the boards- not to mention you're a super sweet lady! I hope you stick around for a while

p.s. do you pronounce your name as "aaandrea" or "ondrea?" just wondering. I've known a lot of people with that name and they always seem to have different pronunciations especially the Ondrea people when you say their name wrong, lol.

Ha ha! That's sweet of you to ask. I pronounce my name "Ondrea". I've had people actually try to spell it that way, but usually they ask if it's "Audrea". Must be the way I talk or something. It's that Texas accent I just can't get rid of! I'll admit that I do get annoyed when my name is pronounced wrong! And I always hesitate before reading names because I don't want to be the one to mispronounce other people's names.

Thanks for all the kind comments everyone!

Andrea

We've never really known each other all that well, but you've always seemed like a pretty damn cool person to me.
