TV MyNetworkTV's Fall 2009 Sked

If I were Mr. Meidel, I would have sought out some solid off-network comedies for Tuesdays instead of encores of the daytime syndicated versions of those gameshows.

I think MNT will see some gains from Wednesday's 'The Unit' doubleup, but it will see significant losses on Tuesday and minor losses on Monday.

Thumbs up '2009 Hollywood Christmas Parade' on MyNetworkTV December 10th & 24th

A few more details have emerged about 'The 2009 Hollywood Christmas Parade/Live Positively Presented by Coca-Cola' (full title of the special) on MyNetworkTV, which is the first-ever broadcast network primetime presentation of a Christmas holiday parade in the history of television.

The parade will be filmed on Sunday November 29th, starting at 6:00 pm. While Miss Susan Lucci, the long performing starlet of ABC's 'All My Children' will serve as Grand Marshal, she will be joined by a bevy of daytime television stars from 'The Young and the Restless' (Mr. Eric Braeden and Miss Jeanne Cooper), 'General Hospital' (Miss Julie Berman and Mr. Dominic Zamprogna) and 'The Bold & The Beautiful' (Miss Lesley-Anne Down).

The hosts of the parade will be Miss Laura McKenzie and Mr. Eric Estrada, and by choice of the show producers, Associated Television International (producers of last seasons 'Masters of Illusion' and 'World's Funniest Moments'), all proceeds from the telecast will benefit the official charity, "Feed the Children", a worthy relief organization tha provides necessities to victims of famine, war, poverty or natural disasters.
