Bah. I'm going to go ahead and predict the schedule will be different and off the clock will stay...this channel is totally not worth watching anymore.

Roseanne is becoming the face of the network. It hasn't even "launched" yet, but it's still getting a thousand airings and a 4th of July marathon that's more than a month away. It must be doing well, though. I watch it when I can, and even though it's off the clock, it's nice to see the show in primetime again.
And off the clock not happening in July? Yeah, right. That's what they want us to think, but I'm sure around the middle of June, that'll change as it always does.

I'm sure the real test will be the marathon (see if there's a PR). I would like to see how it is doing now, though, considering the way the airings are.
Jeffersons came early too like this, in 2006, and still had their huge launch but I don't think it did that well....but they kept it at good airtimes before the launch and for a while after, so I expect Roseanne to be similar, but it could very well be a hit. They will probably let it get settled after the marathon before changing anything if needed. |

The marathon should be on Sunday instead of Saturday. Saturday is a Outdoor Family Holiday and who in the world would be watching TV?-lol

As I predicted MWC is gone, no big surprise. But this schedule is horrid. Beaver gone and no Andy.

Andy is still on weekends. Beaver I hear didn't do well at noon on weekdays, but it will continue to air until June 26. And don't count out Married... yet. They'll work something out with Spike. I know it is doing well, but it is complicated to air because of Spike. As of now, on the clock returns July 6.

THANK YOU GOD!!!!!!!!! I hope the off the clock being gone actually happens. Not surprised MWC is gone. Looks like all the marathons are probably just trying to get new viewers for when it comes back to Spike. Even more Roseanne... with MWC gone that means 8 hours on Monday and Tuesday, and the 2 hours on weekends from 6-8am is extremely weird looking. |

This whole schedule is just....? A show about a blue-collar family dominating it, then an original about a bunch of "glamourous" women, then these westerns. It's just a mess. I'm surprised Beaver can't even work at 12pm, it used to be one of the network leaders. Pavan, do you know what's up with Andy Griffith? Seems to me like they want to distance themselves from it. I guess Home Improvement won't be leaving Nick@Nite next month, because it isn't on TV Land. |
