Default Do You Think Quagmire Would've Been A Better Character to Spin Off?

No Offense to fans of Cleveland, I just don't know much about the character. Quagmire on the other hand is an absolute riot. Gigiddy Gigiddy

I love Quagmire, but he works better in a supporting role.

His character is too extreme, and they'd have to water him down and make him a straight man to deal with a new cast.

I agree with the above. You really need a lead character who isn't repulsive in almost every conceivable way, and well, that ain't Quagmire, lol. He's a fun character but I think his act would get really old, really quick in the lead.

Cleveland, on the other hand, seems perfect for such a role. Problem is, he's about the only decent human being left on FG! I think it'd be kind of neat if they'd start having Mort pal around with the guys a bit more now.

I agree I like him in a supporting role. I don't think spinoff would work for him.
