There is one thing that this sereis has in common with a lot of other shows that were popular with the Generation X crowd. This is that it is taking years on end for it to come out on DVD! This is most frustrating! I would say that the "Facts of Life" and "Gimme a Break!" were very popular with teenagers who would grow up to be the first generation of Yuppies. However, "Caroline in the City" and "Mad About You" were shows that they watched once they had already entered Yuppyhood. Now I would like to point out a difference between the "Facts of Life" and any of these other sereis! On that show's page, there is post after post by people complaining about the fact that only season one through three have come out! They keep posting messages hoping that the people who work for the companies that produce these DVDs will read them. They also do a good amount of bellyaching about how much the cable networks show sereis like "Seinfeld", "Friends" and "Frasier" during times that they could be showing "Facts of Life". Over on the "Gimme a Break!" page, fans would start similar threads for a while. However, that came to an end over a year ago. I have done what I can to get things started again but have had no success! I recently started a thread on that page called "Have the Fans given Up". This has several veiws but zero responses. I then started one on the "Mad About You" page called "Have you Guys Given Up". This also has zero responses. As for "Caroline in the City" it really frustrates me that it has taken this long for season two to come out! What frustrates me even more is the fact that I am the only one posting messages venting my frustrations! Where is everyone?
