We have a tv that was purchased from Circuit City two years ago. It's a Polaroid tv. It's in my room. It's recently started having problems. The picture keeps going to black where you can only hear the tv, but not see the picture. Since Circuit City went bankrupt is there anywhere I can try to get it fixed or is it better to buy a new tv? The tv is a flat screen 32".

I had a Philps tv that I had for 3 years and it went dead. After reading about others who had the same problem I decided to get a new tv. Besides it was a conventional set and very heavy so I just couldn't pick it up and take it to a repair shop.

I think Polaroid intentionally makes their contact info hard to find. I had to go through several links before I had any luck. ![]() |

That's too bad, Jenny. Your tv is too young for that to be happening. My bedroom tv is starting to go too, by how light it's getting and other glitches, but it's about eight years old, so I'm okay with getting a new one.
