Default What are your goals for 2009?

2008 is on it's way out the door. Time seems to be moving faster and faster every year. Life is an amazing trip. Happy New Year everyone.

---------------------
"Another fresh new year is here . . .
Another year to live!
To banish worry, doubt, and fear,
To love and laugh and give!

This bright new year is given me
To live each day with zest . . .
To daily grow and try to be
My highest and my best!

I have the opportunity
Once more to right some wrongs,
To pray for peace, to plant a tree,
And sing more joyful songs!”

William Arthur Ward

Several years ago, I made a resolution to not make any more New Years resolutions. I've managed to keep it

Well this isn't really a "resolutions thread" just what you hope to accomplish in this year. Maybe a promotion. Go to college. Get pregnant. Whatever it might be...

Get a job
Stick with college
Possibly find a man (doubt it, I'm too picky)

Save money - stop spending on crap I don't need.
Get in shape - I want to lose 40 pounds this year. No more slacking.
Cut back on the drinking - I've already started that since I have a job, and I hope to continue that in 2009.
Work hard - I finally got a job after months of doing jack squat. Granted, it's not my dream job, but right now, it's the only one I have, so I am going to work my butt off.

That's about it.

Save money. At least 25% of my check every week.

Same here - also to pay off all my debts.
