I've been reading "The Martian Chronicles" by Ray Bradbury for my Philosophy class. It's pretty interesting.

Yes, she wrote the Thorn Birds, and is the author of a successful series of novels about ancient Rome.

Talking of books, I was in Borders today and I was tempted to buy Bound for Glory by Woody Guthrie but wanted to wait until I was a bit more financially secure, especially since I just bought the K-PAX trilogy recently.

I was also reading through Down the Highway, Howard Sounes' Bob Dylan biography. I read pretty much the entire book when I was about 13 or 14 years old, when my Dad checked it out of the library. I quite like Bob Dylan's music (I haven't heard many of his songs, although I like most of the ones that I've heard) and I found the book very interesting and well-written and quite descriptive in places. I also have a lot of respect for Dylan as I believe he was an extremely talented songwriter and it was interesting to read about his beginnings and his career.

People always laugh when I say this, but I pretty much only read romance novels

Right now I am reading a book called "A Dance Through Time" by Lynn Kurland

The River Killings by Merry Jones. It's a little gross at times. lol! But it's still a good book if you like murder mysteries.

I've just started Handle With Care, by Jodi Picoult. It's her newest book. In fact, I went to a signing of hers today! It was so awesome to get to meet her. Before that, I was reading The Longing by Beverly Lewis.
