Please tell me in the projects where the Evans family lives, the walls are made of cement/concrete, how in the hell did the Evans family have a kitchen closet on a flat cement/concrete wall that aligns the outside of the projects, so that means the construction builders of the projects had to leave an open space (holding the cement/concrete lol) to build a closet space in the kitchen on a flat concrete/cement wall and continued building the kitchen wall using concrete/cement, what space is in a closet on a flat concrete/cement wall, please tell me?
