DVR Ratings for Week of September 22-28, 2008 (Premiere Week)

In addition to our final ratings (which is live + same day finals), we will now cover weekly DVR ratings. DVR usage is at an all-time high. So, we will now cover this because live+SD ratings have gone down recently due to a 9% increase in DVR usage from the same time a year ago. See how much of your shows gain from same day ratings! Pretty soon this measurement will be the future of TV ratings.

Legend:
Live - These are final numbers for programs that were watched live with no DVR playback
Live+SD - SD stands for same day. These are same day ratings but counting DVR playback until 3am same day. These are the final ratings used now for Nielsen (and our daily final numbers we post)
Live+7 - This adds all the DVR playback up to 7 days later. This is an add-on to Live+SD. This shows how many viewers actually watched the program by time shifting.

New episodes (and series airing in regular season) only will be covered. Also, not all program numbers are available to us (and those shows didn't get even 1/2 million to add on). Here you go:
