Hey, this is driving me crazy. Anyone know a sitcom actor that is tall, heavy-set, black hair, kinda buck-toothed, goofy and I think he was in a sit-com that was set in an office (not positive about that). He's not a main actor, but is usually the one to set-up the jokes. I'm kinda thinking his real name may be Charles something- don't know.
