Some people from other cities that i chat with online said they never heard of a WATER ICE-lol

So what do you guys call a snow cone in boston, NYC, cleveland, dallas, baltimore, and La??

We call it Sno Cones in Dallas.

I think that Water Ice is just a Philly thing

I had to ask my dad, whom was born and raised in Philly; and he told me that it was the Italians were responsible for calling a snow cone," water ice"; because, that where the snow cone idea came from...but, here in California, it is called, a Snow-Cone...

I didn't know you were from Nashville! I only live about 2 hours away from you in North Alabama.

And yes, we call them sno cones here too.
