Default Toupees: Love 'Em or Hate 'Em? And the Celebs who proudly wear them...

What are your feelings about hair rugs? Do you know of any famous celebrities who wear them?

LOL If that is a toupee, he should be ashamed of himself. That thing is a bird's nest.

I don't know how true this is, but I read a couple of times that Jennifer Love Hewitt was losing her hair, and was wearing wigs. I can't think of anyone off the top of my head, (no pun, lol), but I see men wearing rugs all the time on tv. Lots of politicians, lots of actors. I'll think of them. My husband was blessed with a great head of hair. Now that he's hit his 60s, it's thinning, but's fortunate.

Bruce Willis has been known to wear toupees in some of his movies. He looks great with or without. After all he's Bruce.

One of my all time favorites the great William Shatner has been wearing hairpieces for decades (even on the original Star Trek TV series) and aside from the period he wore that "brillo pad" rug in his TJ Hooker days, I think he's managed to pull it off.

Sean Connery has been wearing them for a long time too, and his looks pretty natural.

I think Ted Danson has been known to wear toupees even during his time on Cheers.

I read online that both Tony Randall and Jack Klugman were wearing toupees while on the Odd Couple. It's understandable, since both of them weren't exactly youngsters when that show originally aired.

But in al the years i have watched reruns of the show, i never thought they were wearing toupees.

You got that right. I think when he wears one, it's only because he has to for a movie. Your avatar is great, Sonny. Love that two face, lol.
