Police Handcuffing Procedure
(I know I have asked this before, but...)
If any of you guys were a police officer and you were faced with a dangerous suspect wanted for Murder or Armed Robbery, which of these handcuffing techniques would you use prior to searching the suspect? And no sexual jokes, please. |

Each city police department invokes certain procedures and each scenario is different. You can't say.
