Those Cable Channels Would Be:

Discovery Home Channel becomes Planet Green
Court TV becomes TruTV
The History Channel becomes History
TVLand becomes a destination for reality fans
Oxygen becomes a draw for young women

It makes me sick about TVLand becoming more of a reality show network. This cable channel used to have great shows.

They also say in the article that Oxygen is cancelling TALK SEX with Sue Johanson. This one makes me want to cry.

I will miss those viewers calling in about those crazy questions. Sue Johanson, if you see this, we will miss you greatly. You had a great show!

Seems like a silly article though, court tv changed in january, all the discoveries are changing, oxygen was always targeting women and though I do hate what TV Land has become, isn't MTV and VH1 already reality networks? that's what viacom does, they change directions of all their owned networks.....

Oxygen has definitely gone downhill, I think. Just a year ago, it was a great channel to watch because it was much edgier than Lifetime or WE. I mean, they'd air sexually-charged stuff like "Bliss" (which I miss like crazy), but they'd also air stuff like "Bare Essence" and "Lace." They even showed "Love, American Style" and "Bosom Buddies" for a while a couple of years ago.

Now, it's "Snapped" and "The Bad Girls Club" ALL THE FRICKEN TIME.

Yeah, those 2 shows are on every single day, for hours. This networks was supposed to be getting better, but it's nothing like it was just a few years ago - a major disappointment.

And where did you get this article from, jason? It looks like it's a year old.
