Default Dukes of Hazzard Connection

Is it true that the characters of Boss Hogg & Deputy Enos Strate guest-starred on Alice at one time? If so, can anyone give me a synopsis?? I love Dukes and those two characters in particular.

I never saw the Enos show. I was born the same year Dukes premiered, so I was only about 2 when the Enos spinoff aired.
